The shipping cost for most items is based on the item(s) size weight shipping method and delivery address We calculate the estimated shipping cost with our lowest-price shipping method and assume all items in your cart are going to one address If you select a different shipping method or multiple addresses your actual shipping cost may be higher You will see your actual shipping cost during checkout
Processing and Shipping Times
Processing time for an item is the time from when you submit your order to when the item leaves the warehouse You can usually find an items processing status when you click on you account details
Shipping time is from when the item leaves the warehouse to when it arrives at your door This is typically 2-3 working days or next day for Special Delivery
Shipping to a Different Address
If your order is shipping to an address other than the billing address on your credit card we may contact you to list the alternate address with your credit card company This helps prevent fraudulent use of your credit card
Exchanges
To exchange an item by mail please call 01483 423610 for approval and mail the item(s) with a copy of our invoice indicating the item you are returning and the new item(s) you want sent Please be as specific as possible when describing the new item

A gift you received is not exchangeable by mail If you return a gift by mail the cost of the item and the sales tax if applicable will be credited to the original payment method when we receive the item and invoice
